There's nothing quite like a face to face session to show just how to do it properly; whatever 'it' is. The problem is that most of the time, you can't be there to do that show and tell. Or perhaps you were there once, but the customer forgot what you said (it happens to all of us from time to time).
No end of paper product manuals, online step by step guides or phone support can explain the details quite as well as a video training session.
